This is a low alloy steel casting part, which serves as part of conveying lines in mining fields to convey the ores.  

A modern organic-resin & self-hardening mold and core making production line makes the plant to be the leading position in this field in China. It is also equipped with an investment casting line, two sets of 3T arc furnaces, a chain-drive shot-blasting production line, NC table furnace with bottom acreage of 15.6m²  for casting annealing, direct-reading spectrum machine for material chemical composition analyzing, aura-protection automatic production line for quenching and tempering and other equipments.

Also we are furnished with complete heat treating, machining, finishing production lines and strict inspecting and quality controlling process.

Max. sizes of casting products: Length≤3000mm,Width≤3500mm, per weight≤ 10000kg

The sand casting products size accuracy may be up to class CT6-CT9 and investment castings up to class CT3-CT5. Surface roughness is up to Ra1.6- Ra6.3 and casting weight ranges from 5 gram-10 metric tons. Annual output of castings is 50000 metric tons.
