Chongqing Changzheng Heavy Industry Co., Ltd, which belongs to the China Shipbuilding Industrial Corporation, is a well-known manufacturer specializing in railway wagons, hot process and metal forming in Southwest China. It is one of the important railway wagon suppliers to China. There are 3000 employees. We can provide comprehensive production of melting, casting, forging, heat treatment, pattern making, machining and metal structure manufacturing. Our annual output is 5,000 sets of railway wagons, 50,000MT of casting steel, 50,000MT of forging steel and 170,000 sets of shipping container securing systems. Our plant has attained ISO9001:2000,ISO14001:2004,OHASA 18001certifications and approved by AAR, GE and main Classification Societies such as DNV, LR, ABS, GL, BV and CCS. Also this plant is the C3P demonstrating base in Chongqing for the national research center of mold CAD engineering.

We have more than 2,000 sets of equipment, including 1-16MT die forging hammers, 4000MT die stamp presses, 63KJ hydraulic press moulding machines, 630MT high energy screw presses, moulding and core making automatic production lines, welding special machines, automatic welding production lines, automatic heat treatment production lines, moulding grinding machines, 315 inches closed planer, high speed NC milling machines, cyclone series 2 scanning machine, auto measuring machine for axle parameter, electronic universal testing machine and ARL metal analyzer.

We have established a high efficiency research & development organization equipped with 3D designing software, CAD/CAE/CAM systems, and simulation software. It offers a modern numeric emulation stage for the traditional industry.
